Permits for Connection (Tapping) to Millcreek-Richland Joint Authority be obtain at MRJA Office, 2 N Race St, Richland, PA. Please call first for appointment. The Tapping, Connection, Customer Facility and Inspection Fees which is related to the costs of the sewage collection and distribution system, and which is defined an designated as tapping fee pursuant to the Pennsylvania Authority Act, including Act 57 of 2003, as well as any successor statute or amendment thereto. Six thousand ($6,000) for each equivalent dwelling unit located on said improved property. In addition, said owner shall pay an Inspection fee of One hundred fifty ($150) to the authority. Additional instructions will be provided by MRJA employee.

WASTEWATER INVOICE
Invoices are mailed to customers on a quarterly cycle or as needed. 1st Quarter is mailed on or about 31 March, 2nd Quarter is mailed on or about 30 June, 3rd Quarter is mailed on or about 30 September and 4th Quarter is mailed on or about 31 December. Payment is due on due date marked on invoice. Additional fees are added after due date. Rate schedule Equivalent Dwelling Unit (EDU) - Residential - $155.00 per EDU and Commerical - $155.00 per 9,190 gallons. Make checks payable to: Millcreek-Richland Joint Authority.
